I have training in contemporary psychoanalysis, Jungian psychology, sandplay therapy, Trauma Resiliency Model, cognitive therapy, mindfulness, 12-step modality, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Eastern psychology. I am skilled at goal-oriented, problem focused, and time-efficient therapy.
In addition to my counseling services, I provide case consultation for other licensed psychotherapists who need guidance to give the best possible care to their patients. I have a supportive approach and a strong clinical knowledge.
