Rates

My rate is $150-$250 per 45-minute session. It is based on my experience, years in practice (25+ years), training, and education.

Payment

Cash, ACH bank transfer, check, and health savings account accepted. A reduced fee for services is available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Insurance

I am in network with few insurance companies. However, some individuals choose not to use their insurance for psychotherapy, often for reasons of privacy and increased confidentiality. An out-of-pocket fee for services will be discussed when the initial appointment is made.

If you decide to use your health insurance for counseling services, please check with your insurance carrier to verify coverage and ask the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

Does my insurance cover Telehealth for psychotherapy?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

How much is my co-payment and my co-insurance?

Please note I am not a Medicare or Medi-Cal provider.
